From hillside vineyards (between 300 and 650 meters above sea level) with good exposure along the Sabato river valley, a tributary of the Calore river in the province of Avellino. The vines cling to clay, sandy or limestone rocks.

The grapes are harvested in the second decade of October. After a short maceration with the skins, the must is fermented with selected yeasts keeping the temperature at about 12 ° C. Stabilization takes place cold.
Visual examination: intense straw yellow.
Olfactory test: intense fruity peach and almond.
Taste exam: it is a full-bodied, sapid and pleasant wine.
Pairings: goes well with Mediterranean cuisine, fish dishes, white meat and grilled red meat.
